Beginning
ProLawn Landscaping & Maintenance Co. was started in 1997 by its owner, Richard A. Huber, Jr. after spending the previous 8 years as a laborer & supervisor for another local landscaping & lawn care company. Rich earned a business degree from Penn State in 1996 while working for the other landscaping company. After earning his degree, he spent the next 10 years in the financial services industry as a successful consultant. He continued to do lawn care & landscaping in the evenings & on weekends. Several full-time employees were added along the way and the company began to grow & expand. In 2007, Rich realized his passion was in the landscaping & lawn care industry and decided to operate his company on a full-time basis.
Today
Today the company employs a team of 10 full-time employees, 2 seasonal employees, and a full-time administrative assistant to keep up with customer demands & the ever-growing landscaping & lawn care industry. ProLawn Landscaping & Maintenance Co. now has individual teams that specialize in hardscaping, landscaping, lawn care, & maintenance. We also provide pond & waterfall installations and commercial snow removal & ice control. We are able to provide these exceptional services through the hard work, dedication, and knowledge of all our employees.
